Hello Team,

I am unable to connect Pabbly to Shopify for setting up an Abandoned Cart flow. As of now, Shopify has launched the V2 version. I found a video on the Pabbly English channel (YouTube link) where the process was demonstrated, but at around the 7:01 minute mark, the video suddenly switches URLs, which makes it unclear and suggests the method shown may not be working properly.

Currently, I am facing an issue while connecting Shopify via the API token (developed app method). The initial connection itself is failing, which is preventing me from proceeding with creating the Abandoned Cart flow to my MBG WhatsApp service.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this connection issue?

Thank you,

Hello @JBS,

Thank you for pointing this out regarding the YouTube tutorial. It seems that while recording, the presenter may have mistakenly switched to a different workflow, which could be causing the confusion. We will review this internally to ensure clarity in future tutorials.

In the meantime, to better assist you, could you please share a short screen recording demonstrating what you mean by the initial connection failing? It would be helpful if you could walk us through the entire connection process step by step. Additionally, if possible, kindly show the setup of the abandoned cart flow where the response is not being received in the workflow.

If you can create and use a new workflow while recording, that would provide us with a clear picture and help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.

Thanks for your reply.
My query means very simple, whenever i am tring to connect Shopify V2 as Trigger (New Abandoned Cart Checkouts), and doing as per video (which your video i have already mentioned) that trigger not fetching data of customer, thats why i am unable to proceed further action to assign data to MBG or any other meta whatsapp API.
I have attached Image of response 0 issue coming with this.
