Remove deleted MCP Tools

I don't authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account.
I just started using the MCP server of Pabbly Connect within Claude desktop, and I created two tools that are working fine. During my testing, I had created an additional tool earlier but deleted it. I can't see this deleted tool in the MCP server area of Pabbly Connect, yet it still appears in my Claude desktop. While I don't think this will cause any issues, it's frustrating to see three tools when I only have two. Is there a way to remove the deleted tool? What am I missing here?
