I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I prev created a pabbly workflow that collected data from a Moxie Ticket creation and added the information to a new row on Google Sheet. It appears that this workflow has not been functional for over 5 months (I did not edit the form, process, or sheet in any way).
When I click "save and send test request" it DOES push the information forward however when I test myself in the actual form/web page the data does not come through.

Hi @piratesjv,

Please clone your workflow — this will generate a new webhook URL. Then, set up 'Moxie: Ticket Created' as your trigger step again and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for the reply! For some reason the webhook integration in Moxie got turned off which resulted in this issue. Re-enabling it fixed the problem. Appreciate your time.
