I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I need to be able to hook up to a hosted exchange server. Sherweb.com. I want to have pabbly create a calendar event from a certain email that comes in. I click Add Connection and search for Exchange then Connect then add new connection then Connect with Microsoft Exchange. It then opens Microsoft and logins in to my hotmail account which I don't need. I need to connect to the 3rd party hosted exchange. Is this possible?

Your system connects to Microsoft Live and my hotmail account. I have a hosted exchange server at Sherweb.com and there is no option to put user name or password to my exchange server. I need to connect to my server so I can have events created from incoming emails.

You can try using the SMTP (Pabbly) module.
