facebook lead form submission to slack notification(not working for real leads) why??

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

i have connected facebook ad lead trigger connected got response tried testing with test lead, it worked , and it sends slack notification with the testing .. but yesterday i got 5 leads from facebook it didn't send any slack notification why?? today i have deleted the workflow and again built but don't know why please help me ..is there any issue or any changes to make ??

Hi @Map ,

Upon reviewing your workflow, we noticed that you are using the trigger Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant.

Could you please confirm that the Facebook account connected to Pabbly Connect owns the Facebook page you’re trying to fetch leads from? If you only have shared access to the page, please use the trigger Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead instead. This should allow Pabbly Connect to properly receive the leads from your campaign.

Once confirmed, you can try sending a test lead again and check if it comes through.

It seems you do not have full control over the page, due to which you're unable to use the New Lead Instant trigger.
