Thank you for your patience. Upon checking, this appears to be a permission-related issue. We recommend reconnecting the WhatsApp number using the WhatsApp Connect method and ensuring that all requested permissions are granted during the process.

@Preeti Paryani thank you for you response. I've deleted the number and re-registered. I now see messages in my inbox but the Chatflow still isn't being triggered.

The flow seems to be working fine. Please note the User starts conversation trigger only works for the chat initialization message.
