    If the workflow triggers on August 10th at 11:30 PM, I want the next steps to be executed on August 11th at 7:00 AM. And, if it triggers on August 10th at 2:00 AM, the next steps of my workflow should execute on August 10th itself but at 7:00 AM. Hope it is clearer now. Thank you.
