    Hi @BusinessOnSteroids, Currently, there is no dedicated tool to store the ID or email obtained from the custom application. However, you can use a Google Sheets spreadsheet to store the data and look it up in any workflow as needed.

    Are you asking for the email address or phone number in your form submissions? If not, you'll need to add a field to your form to request either the email address or phone number. After that, fetch the data again in your trigger step.
