    You have to enter the data in your spreadsheet either manually or through an API; there is no other workaround. It won't trigger if the data is added through formulas. You can use a Delay step in your workflow, but it can only be set to a minimum of 1 minute, not lower than that

    It seems like you have captured the order in your trigger step response. Please place an order without clicking on 'Re-Capture Webhook Response' in the trigger step. You just need to place an order, and only then will it appear in your Task History.

    For Google Sheets, we do not support formula-based triggers. The data must either be entered manually into the trigger column or through an API. If the data is added to your spreadsheet through an App Script, it will not trigger the workflow.
