    You need to create a Google Sheet with all 5 column headers and then capture the webhook data with Simple Response toggle turned off under webhook URL in pabbly workflow. Which will get you the data in array format. Then use iterator to add each row to gsheet. More on iterator here-

    Yes, if data is coming from third party application you do need to select Auto Send on Schedule. So it will send all new rows once per hour to pabbly connect.

    Try using "Get Payment Details" of Instamojo in Pabbly Connectworkflow as 2nd steps. You need to map the instamojo transaction id from step-1(trigger) in this step. And it should return your required details related to that particular transaction.

    It depends on how your trigger application have form setup. Some application add country code automatically, some asks user to select and some only sends what user entered.

    You can prefix 91 or +91 in mobile number field yourself, just add +91 or 91 before mobile number'smapped value.
