    Filter is like a Single Condition only. Routers are multiple condition, and all routes with TRUE condition will get executed. If you only want to check for one product then you are Okay with filter. But if you want to do different things for different products then use router.

    Also I noy sure about how to assign authors but I think so it depends o which Username you used during WordPress connection in pabbly, so I think you can use different Wordpress connection for different authors. May be @Pabbly can confirm this.

    You can add Tags and Categories using their IDs in your Wordpress setup, You will find your category and tags ids in URL when you try to edit them in wordpress.

    Value is still passing on correctly with _(underscore and no spaces). So you can use it without any issue. I think issue is in history only. Which will not affect your workflow.

    It is working fine for me, did you entered text as HTML in Email Content field? If not please make sure that you add HTML, there is a link below that field which will you can use to convert your normal formatting to HTML directly, then copy paste HTML code in pabbly -
