    Each execution is separate from each other. It will execute both bookings simultaneously. It will perfectly fine for both bookings even though they are done at exact same time or 2nd booking is done when 1st execution is still in 8th step. No need to worry.

    Limits are at both level. Iterator hard limit is 1000(not 500) and your whatsapp api sending depends on your usage which you should be able to check with your whatsapp api provider. Generally it starts at 1000 messages for 24-hours and once you hit that it will increase.

    Only polling based triggers are not instant, all webhooks based triggers are instant. For reduce polling frequency from 24-hours to 10-minutes(lowest possible) you can purchase any monthly, yearly or LTD plan. And then just email pabbly team to reduce it to 10-minutes.
