    Check if you can use any information coming in like event type to setup filter as 2nd step in both the workflows. So each workflow will only execute for its respective purposes only.

    Select Sheet value and above fields's value can't be same. You can try passing name Sheet like 'JobSheet' or its id. But you are passing workbook id instead in both fields.

    Pabbly do not have gmail as trigger, so you can not do that. The workaround is Email Parser and forwarding emails to that.
