    But then what is the point of Search Record action? Shouldn't that have Field Name and Search Value fields? Please confirm with your developers.

    Current mapping of values is not possible in triggers, so this usecase is not possible. What you have setup is the only way for now.

    I don't think that they will make "Update Variable" a free task. But instead create a Custom App so you don't have to use any paid task to refresh the token. It should be taken care by authorization process.
