    I don't think this is possible, mainly because most users have mapped data inside their action steps which are unusable in another workflow. So at the end you need to add simple action step itself in the new workflow. Zapier also does not have this.

    Select both "Send On Event" and "Send on Schedule" and then check. It can take up to 1 hour if data is not added manually or by google form.(it means data added via other apps like pabbly or other apps)
