ok thank you I will give that a go, for the flow that is triggered via a message. is it via keygen or when user sends message? As I am not sure if that option is just triggered for only a one off message then never again? Thank you for the reply :)

Is there anyway to stop the chat bot via the WhatsApp app without using pabbly intervene on chat flow? I wanted my bot to reply with a menu each a customer messages, ie Support options and it follow that flow. But doing this just kind of loops or adds the options again...
