- How many domains / products can I integrate?
- Under the dunning's section, during the rebilling attempts (over 7 days) what will the customer mark us? Unpaid until successful (paid) or cancelled (failed after all dunnings attempts?)
- how do I send an abandoned cart event? Can I place custom Javascrpt or code on the landing page to capture emails entered into the email field and ping them via a webhook?
- How do I edit fonts? Within the admin interface and on the thankyou/checkout pages, some font is time new roman, some is in another font. It looks unprofessional.
- Is there a subscription pause option for a client to select within the customer portal - I couldn't see one.
- Does the sales reporting show what number transaction it is for each client? For example, if I had a subscription billed monthly, and each month has a different product (like a subscription box), how would I run a daily report to see what clients purchased, what month they're up to which would tell me what product to send out. For example, month 1 - Product A, Month 2 = Product B, Month 3 = Product C. each day I'll run a report to see which customers transacted, and what product (A, B or C) needs to be shipped to them.
