A quick notice about a recent task execution

Good afternoon.

I get the below email notification:
"res1 > code": "duplicate_parameter",
"res1 > message": "Contact already exist"

I have a task set up to add a name to a Brevo list when requesting a demonstration via filling out a form on a Wordpress website, but sometimes the person may have already requested a demonstration in the past and exist on the list, hence this error.

Is there a setting I need to adjust to prevent this message if a contact already exists.

There is an Add User and Update User choice in Pabbly / Brevo settings, but the Update user fails if the contact doesn't already exist.

Ideally I like the user to be added or, if it already exists, updated - without error.

Hi @JonathanR,

Please try using the 'Create or Update Contact' action event. If a contact already exists, this action event will update that contact.
