A Workflow suddenly doesn't work, and send test request message not receiving

Last Week, one of my workflows worked fine, but today it suddenly doesn't work.
I tried edit or creating a new workflow and the new workflow doesn't work, while the old one still doesn't work, both are active.

Does anyone else have this problem?
