Can you please share the workflow URL in which you have tried the same? So that we can look into it.

In the "ActiveCampaign: Add Contact to a List" action step you were supposed to pass the Contact ID instead of the email address which is already mentioned in the help text.

However, we have remapped the correct Contact ID and it is working fine.
