Accessing Subfolders in MS365

I am able to detect a new folder creation in MS365, but when a new subfolder is created it goes undetected! Is there a way to do it or it needs a fix?

Could you please share the URL of the workflow where you’re experiencing this issue? Additionally, a short screen recording showing a test where a new folder was added but not detected by the workflow would be very helpful. This will allow us to better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.
