ActiveCampaign Trigger Issue

Hello legends :)

Quick question, we're having trouble with a new workflow.

As you can see in the screenshot attached, it seemingly won't register the response from ActiveCampaign.

We have a number of other workflows using the same kind of trigger (but obviously looking for a different tag) and they are working perfectly.

We have created this workflow a number of times in an attempt to get the tag added trigger to work, but with no luck as yet unfortunately.

Is there any reason that we are getting stuck on the response here at the first step?

Hey @sebwilliams

In the "ActiveCampaign: Contact Tag Added" trigger event, you need to pass the unique webhook name whenever you reconfigure it.

So, kindly try passing the unique webhook name and reconnecting your Active Campaign account.

Does reconnecting our ActiveCampaign account on this workflow effect other workflows, as we use ActiveCampaign quite a lot throughout other workflows?

I would like to inform you that reconnecting your ActiveCampaign account on a specific workflow in Pabbly Connect should not have any impact on other workflows that use ActiveCampaign.

Please make sure that you are not changing the token of ActiveCampaign. If you change then it will impact on other workflows.
