Hi, I have a problem. I have created a flow with some actions (whatsapp message) that start late. But I set a time instead they leave two hours later. I used the "delay" function

The workflow is called "Webinar Reico".

Another question: where do I find the pending tasks? (the tasks created with "delay" waiting for them to activate)

In the Delay until action step, you need to pass the date time in UTC format and your timezone is ahead of it with +2 hours, which is why you are getting the 2 hours late submission of data.

So you need to change the timezone of the DateTime with the help of the "Date/Time Formatter by Pabbly: Format Date with Time Zone" action step.
