Add Klaviyo subscriber - ERROR

Hello, I'm trying to get subscribers' data from an Opt-In form (GroovePages) to Klaviyo.
There's no problem when I test and the subscriber gets added into Klaviyo. However, when I try to repeat the step (without testing) the workflow seems broken or not working anymore. The subscriber only gets into Klaviyo when I test.
Can anyone help me please?!

Kindly tell us at what part of the workflow you are facing such an issue and let us know the respective workflow along with the task history id if it.
