Add/Subtract Time function doesn't preserve time zone

I'm using Date/Time Formatter's Add/Subtract Time function, but it doesn't seem to keep the original time zone. Kindly advise

The particular action step will show the end result in UTC format.

Though as per your automation, you would be required to pass the Date Time in the UTC format in the Google meet action step.

So now everything is corrected and in the required format. Kindly give it a try and let us know if you face any difficulty further.

I want to send message 15 minutes before event start, but i don't know how can i do?
add/subtract feature is not working well.
