Adding content to a mailerlite campaign

Hi
I have a workflow that creates a campaign from a wordpress blog. I can connect to mailerlite no problem but when I go to add the content to the campaign its asking for HTML and I can't for the life of me find an example of what that needs to look like. What is the purpose of the HTML? I've searched the forums and the videos but no luck

I kind of figured it out however I get an error code 422 Unsubscribe link is missing in HTML template
