Affiliate commission still not paid after 60 days

Hello forum,
there is one person that have problem to receive money from affiliation sales?
I still waiting since JANUARY and everytime I contact the support, they reply me that "Not find any account", then I send a screenshot with the sales report and then ask me to wait the VERIFICATION.
Hope someone help me with NON GENERAL replies.
