As of now, the
AI Assistant cannot be added as a team member or assigned chats through routing rules. However, in your use case, where you’d like the AI Assistant to handle messages only when you're away, you can
manually enable the AI Assistant toggle from the inbox section for each individual chat.
We understand the need for a more efficient solution, and we’re happy to share that a feature allowing you to
select multiple chats and enable the AI Assistant in bulk is currently in our pipeline and will be launched soon.
