Airtable Connect fails to send Name email and Phone number

As you can see from the screenshot below -Name email and phone number records don't go into airtable. Help~

There was a formatting issue with the phone number. We have made the changes and it's working fine.

Thanks - So we format the phone number every time going forward - I assume?

Yes the formatting of the phone number was not proper, which we have now done using the number formatter.
