Based on your Task History, it appears that your workflow is executing and functioning as intended. Could you please record a short video entering the data in Airtable and workflow not being triggered?
I noticed that you removed the 3rd step from your workflow. To achieve your intended use case, I suggest you add the deleted step back to the workflow.
