Airtable & Google Docs

I've set up the following
Get information from Airtable to create a Google Doc and then replace the image with an image from Airtable.
It works when tested but doesn't work when recorded enters a specific view in Airtable
Any help appreciated

Based on your Task History, it appears that your workflow is executing and functioning as intended. Could you please record a short video entering the data in Airtable and workflow not being triggered?

I noticed that you removed the 3rd step from your workflow. To achieve your intended use case, I suggest you add the deleted step back to the workflow.
