Airtable Taks doesn't work

I have created two tasks which are working very well if i test them:

-> Save Images from Image URLs to Google Drive
-> Update Airtable with new Image URL from Google Drive when new record has been created

It tested it a few times and it works well. But when the task is active, none of both run.
There is also no history when i change something on airtable.

Could you please share the name of the workflow in which you are performing such a task so that we can look into it?
