All my tasks are gone

Pabbly, I just purchased 50,000 on top of the 30,000 tasks I already had, and now my tasks allocated say 0, tasks consumed 0, tasks remaining 0, and free tasks consumed 0.

I need immediate assistance since I have multiple things going on with this tool.
