Hello, we encountered multiple failures with the trigger, resulting in financial losses. The communication failures led to a low turnout at last night's event, prompting a recommendation to explore alternative automation tools. Let me outline the instances where the trigger failed:
1. Initially scheduled to send a reminder one day before at 7 PM, which failed.
2. After adjusting settings, the reminder was rescheduled successfully for 8 PM one day before.
3. A reminder set for one hour before at 6 PM failed.
4. Despite adjusting settings again, the reminder set 45 minutes before at 6:15 PM also failed.
5. Further adjustments led to a reminder scheduled 15 minutes before at 6:45 PM, which also failed.
6. At 7 PM, the scheduled task triggered, sending emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages erroneously stating the webinar would start in 15 minutes, resulting in a significant error.
These missteps rendered our efforts futile. I am seeking either a solution or a refund, as the current setup is not meeting our needs, unlike our previous experience with Zapier.
