API action is not working

When we are using sheets variables it donnot pass th api request and when we use hardcode values it pass the telecrm

Problem is not fixed yet...data is not fetched completely...name fields is blank
phone field is also undefined...you can take a look into the screenshot for a reference.

Our integration team has given us an update on the situation and made some changes on their end. The Pabbly action step allows you to attempt to provide the data now with different labels via API.
 
How can i now about the changes that you did...what are different labels via API.
