API failure

Why is it that many workflows have api failure and some not ?

Moreover, the application that you are using in your workflow was unable to process your request in under 15 seconds and because of that as a response you get the "Response not received in 15 seconds".

Perhaps you might be calling/using the application extensively or the data which you are passing couldn't be processed by the application itself.
Kindly contact their support team for the same.

after checking once again i found that still the messages have gone to whatsapp to the designated receiver but in the reports saying partially failed . Why is it so?

Hey @amitbahl

It seems like the status code which the API sends back as a 500 status code response which consider as a failed execution. So kindly contact their support team to send the success status code in response.
