Not called the webhook url when received new trigger of facebook new post

Its fire only when i click on "Save & Send Test Request" but when received new fakebook post message its not auto fire

Yes , I have check the youtube channel -

i am doing the same thing. but when i comment on facebook page post it didn't received i mean the webhook should be call auto. its not happening but when i manually click on "Save and Send Test Request" then whebook call.
