Arshil help needed, for this automation

I have an issue with the documents sent for the clients the files are in PDF form now but it is not working right for some reason the documents ended up looking like that please look at my workflow.

Please make sure to include the '.pdf' file extension in the file name before sending the attachment to the intended recipients. This will help ensure smooth processing and delivery.
