Assign customer to affiliate when upgrading

Hello,
I recently received a request to upgrade a customer from our 1 month to our 6 month plan, but when I did so the affiliate that referred them lost the commission. How can I go in an assign that customer back to the affiliate to ensure that they receive credit/commission for that sale?

Hello,

You can go ahead and add commission manually to the customer by following simple steps:

Affiliate Section>>Commission>>Add Manual Commission.
