How can we connect form information to an affiliate?

This is what i am trying to do.

we have created an affiliate-linked webpage that is a form. it will request customer information. name, number email address etc.... when the affiliate sends people to that page. We would like to send the information obtained back to the affiliate.

somehow we need to embed the affiliate ID or email into the form. if this is possible we can use Pabbly Connect to pull all the information as a webhook and then send the prospective new client contact information to the affiliate that sent out that link. How can we do this?

Basically, we connect the form information to the affiliate. so we can send the information back to the affiliate in an email.

the most important part is being emailed to connect the form to the affiliate to send the affiliate the information even if we can use web hooks or the link as a ?XXXX on it. hopefully, you understand what I am trying to so.

when an affiliate refers someone to the website. that person's information will be sent back to the affiliate.

When a customer fills out a checkout form, and that form is shared by an affiliate using an affiliate link, you will receive the details of the affiliate as affiliateID in the webhook response triggered by Subscription Activate webhook trigger. Please refer to the below screenshot for more details

By leveraging this Affiliate ID, you can retrieve the affiliate's email address through the API (Get Single Customer via Customer ID), as the customerID and affiliateID are the same. Following this, you can forward the required customer details to the affiliates. Additionally, the customer's information provided in the form will be included in the same webhook response. This entire process can be automated using Pabbly Connect.
