Can we bulk import csv for affiliate Payout

Hi,

We have run previously some of affiliate groups using different system and we already have their data including the payout information (email, name, Bank transfer, account name, number).

Questions:
- Is there any easy way like bulk upload to create the affiliate profile and then they can just request for forgot password to set the password
- Is there any easy way for updating the payout information like bank transfer information (account name, bank number, etc) using bulk csv upload maybe? or API?

Yes, you can import affiliates into Pabbly Subscription Billing you can do this by importing these affiliates as a customer please follow the below steps to do so.

1. Go to the "Customers" section.
2. Click on the three dots option (usually represented by an icon or a button).
3. Select "Import from CSV" from the drop-down menu.

Once you click on "Import from CSV," an import page will appear. In this page, upload the CSV file containing the list of affiliates. Make sure the CSV file is formatted correctly and that the "Is Affiliate" column is set to TRUE for each affiliate.
Please note that the CSV file should be in the proper format and should contain all the necessary fields, For more information about the fields/columns that the import CSV file should contain, you can download the sample CSV file provided on the same page. Refer to the screenshot for further clarification.

After uploading the CSV file with affiliate details, Select the Duplicate Records option as skip or overwrite according to your requirement and submit this.
Once this is done the affiliates will be successfully imported into your account and their affiliate account would be created in the client/affiliate portal. Now they can log in to the affiliate portal by using the "Forgot Password" option by resetting their password.

2. Is there any easy way for updating the payout information like bank transfer information (account name, bank number, etc) using bulk csv upload maybe? or API?
Currently, it is not possible to import payment information/details such as account name, bank number, etc., using bulk upload via CSV or API. These details need to be manually added under each affiliate's account.
