I am reaching out for assistance in setting up a two-way integration between WooCommerce and Zoho Inventory for my fashion store, which operates both online and offline. We have a physical store as well as an eCommerce store, and we need a reliable, synchronized system to manage our products and inventory seamlessly across both platforms.
Our specific requirements are as follows:
Our specific requirements are as follows:
- Product Synchronization: When a product is created or updated in WooCommerce, we want the changes to automatically reflect in Zoho Inventory, and vice versa. This ensures that any new products or updates in either platform are mirrored in the other.
- Two-Way Stock Synchronization: We need real-time stock synchronization to manage inventory across both the online and offline stores. When stock levels are reduced in the physical store (through Zoho Inventory), it should update in WooCommerce, and when stock levels decrease in WooCommerce (from online sales), the physical store inventory should reflect this change in Zoho Inventory.
- Guidance on Setup: We would appreciate detailed instructions or resources on configuring this two-way sync effectively. If there are any best practices, prerequisites, or specific configurations needed to achieve this seamless integration, please advise.
