Attaching File to Email

I have the need to attach a file to an email I'm sending through a Gmail action. But I want to put an .htaccess in the directory where the file is, so it's not available online.

Will that break the ability for the workflow to send that file?

I had a discussion with the technical team, and they have informed me that the URL must be publicly accessible and hosted online. However, you can make the PDF password-protected, so even if someone stumbles upon the file, it will be protected through a password. Other than this, we don't have any particular workaround for your use case.
