Subject: Auto Renewal Reactivation Request

Hi Pabbly Team,

My subscription is currently showing "Non Renewing". My BHIM UPI AutoPay mandate was removed, and I would like to enable auto-renewal again for the same subscription.

Please let me know how I can reactivate the mandate and continue automatic billing.

Thank you for reaching out.

We checked your subscription and found that the recurring payment was cancelled from the Razorpay side, which is why the subscription is currently showing as "Non Renewing".

Please note that once a subscription is marked as non-renewing, it cannot be converted back into a renewing subscription or have the AutoPay mandate reactivated for the same subscription.

If you wish to continue using Pabbly after your current subscription expires, you will need to purchase a new plan. Also, please note that the monthly Pabbly Plus plan has been discontinued. You may choose from our currently available plans based on your requirements.

If my current subscription expires and I purchase a new plan later, will my existing workflows, connections, settings, and data remain intact, or will I lose them?

Hello @sonu5643,

Yes, your existing workflows, connections, settings, mappings, and other account data will remain intact even if your current subscription expires.

Please note that the primary impact will be on your task quota. If no new plan is purchased after the subscription expires, your account will revert to the free plan limits, and the available task count will be reduced accordingly (currently 100 tasks).

As long as the workflows and connections remain supported by the applications involved, you will not lose their configurations. Once you purchase a new plan, you can continue using your existing setup.
