Auto response email workflow

When I get an email from a particular domain name, let's say xyz.com
I want to send an email to the person who sent me the email with a particular email from my Gmail account
I can't figure out how to do this with the email parcer, or the gmail integration (I don't see the ability to set the To: as whomever sent me the email).
