As we can see from your workflow, you were not getting the phone number field label that you were using in the " Customer Whatsapp Number" and because of that, you were getting the formula in your Google Sheets.
Kindly pass the data with a proper field that has your desired field or you can use the filter action step to avoid such conditions.
