Automatic mail to customers when lead is received

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a problem with Pabbly and the connection to my GMail account. I would like to automatically forward an incoming lead to my customers via Perspective. When I enter my customer's email address and put myself in the CC, neither I nor my customer receive the email about the lead inbox. We have checked the connection to Perspective, we have checked the GMail account in connection with Pabbly. We have checked my domain again. Everything is set up correctly, but my customer and I are still not receiving the corresponding mail. How can the problem be solved? Can you please support me?

We have further map the response and now you need to add the content of the email and click on just SAVE-

It will further work in the automation when a new lead is added in Perspective.
