Automation problem

I have created a workflow to add user to the zenler when they fill google form and their name is added to the google sheet. When I am testing it, it is working fine, that is user is getting added to the zenler and also he is being enrolled in the course. But when people are later filling on the form, it is not happening. I am sharing the video link with you for your better understanding.

Please make sure that in your Google Sheet Add-Ons you have ticked on the event "Send On Event"-

Also, if you are using the Google Forms to put in the data inside the Google Sheet, then don't enter data's manually in the Google Sheet, as this will disturb the structure for flowing data inside the workflow.

Once you have ticked on the event "Send On Event", kindly do a test submission in your Google Form with some new data and then check for it inside your workflow and Zenler.

It will work for you.
