I have an automation where every time I make a sale, I get a Slack notification. It's triggering 4 times (so I'm getting 4 messages for every 1 sale),

Is there a way to fix this?

It seems you might have clicked multiple times on the "Save and Send test Request" button while setting up the workflow, which is resulting in Duplicate responses.

Please try setting up the connection with your trigger application once again, and please make sure to click on the Save and Send Test Request button only once.
