Autoreply on telegram, multiple answers based on multiple questions

I want to do like this:

Condition 1: Answer 1
Condition 2: Answer 2
Condition 3: Answer 3

and so on.

Right now I am only able to autoreply based on single condition and single answer.

Please help me with this.
